Located in Oberrotweil in the Kaiserstuhl region of Baden, Germany, Weingut Peter Wagner was founded in 2016 by Peter Wagner, a trained and passionate winemaker. The estate spans 7.5 hectares across renowned plots like Eichberg, Henkenberg, Kirchberg, and Schlossberg, with volcanic and limestone soils. Farming is organic, with biodynamic certification underway. Varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder), Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder), and Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder). Winemaking is minimalist and terroir-driven, with precise barrel aging. The wines are elegant, vibrant, and reflect a new generation of German winemakers focused on purity and place.
