A benchmark red from Burgundy's Côte de Beaune, crafted by a family domaine farming its vines organically since 2008. The 2021 vintage shows all the charm of this celebrated village: silky Pinot Noir with scents of cherry, wild strawberry and a touch of violet, backed by gentle spice from careful ageing in French oak. Grapes are hand-picked, largely destemmed and vinified with a long, gentle maceration to draw out perfume rather than power. The result is supple, elegant and beautifully balanced — lovely now with roast poultry or mushroom dishes, yet happy to rest in your cellar for a few more years.
