Located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, in the Loire Valley, La Cave Béclair is run by Thierry Béclair and his brother Gildas. Together, they produce natural wines without certification but with a deep respect for life: no additives, spontaneous fermentations, no fining or filtration. Chenin Blanc is the star grape, crafted into dry whites, sweet wines, orange wines, sparkling cuvées, and even amphora-aged expressions. The estate also produces reds (Gamay, Cabernet Franc) and rosés. The wines are elegant, vibrant, and digestible, reflecting a thoughtful, artisanal Loire approach.
