Riesling Cuvée Albert

Albert Mann
Straight from one of Alsace's most respected family estates, this white is crafted with real care by a house known for its biodynamic approach and precision in the cellar. The grapes come from granite and limestone slopes around Wettolsheim, where old vines dig deep and give the wine its backbone. Expect a bright, tense style: citrus zest, white peach and a flinty mineral edge that keeps everything fresh. Fermented slowly with native yeasts and aged on fine lees, it's dry, clean and beautifully balanced. Pour it with grilled fish, goat's cheese or a plate of oysters, and you'll see why it stands out.
