Raphäelle Guyot

🍷 Raphaëlle Guyot: Natural Wine from Yonne Rooted in Rural Revival and Feminine Energy

A young winemaker trained with Thibault Liger-Belair, Vincent Pinard, and Cyril Fhal, Raphaëlle Guyot settled in 2018 in the Yonne region, between Chablis and Sancerre, aiming to revive a forgotten vineyard around Puisaye-Forterre. She began by reclaiming abandoned plots, planted Chardonnay, and now farms about 1.5 hectares under the Vin de Pays de l’Yonne designation. Her estate is organically farmed, with agroforestry practices, high-trained vines to adapt to climate change, and a deep respect for biodiversity. Winemaking is natural, with no additives or sulfites, resulting in sincere, vibrant, and luminous wines.
