🌿 The vineyards are rooted in limestone and clay soils, typical of Burgundy’s exceptional wine country. From Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet to Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault and beyond, every parcel brings its own personality, shaped by its exposure, altitude and soil.

🍐 Chardonnay is the domaine’s signature grape variety, producing refined white wines with bright citrus notes, delicate floral aromas, mineral freshness and a beautifully textured finish. The wines are elegant and expressive, with enough depth to develop gracefully over time.

🍒 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey also produces a selection of red wines from Pinot Noir. These combine the variety’s delicate fruit, subtle spice and silky tannins with the distinctive freshness of the Côte de Beaune.
