Piero Busso

🍷 Piero Busso: Barbaresco Wine Rooted in Family Tradition and Natural Elegance

Founded in 1948 by Guido Busso in Neive, Piedmont, the Piero Busso estate is now run by Piero and his son Pierguido. This 10-hectare family domaine is certified organic and dedicated to the pure expression of Nebbiolo, the noble grape of Barbaresco. The vineyards lie in prestigious MGAs such as Albesani, Gallina, and San Stunet, on calcareous and marl soils. Winemaking is traditional: long macerations (up to 45 days), native yeasts, aging in large Slavonian oak casks. The wines are elegant, precise, and true to their terroir.
