Petit Chablis

Billaud-Simon
Crisp, bright and wonderfully easy to love, this white comes from one of Chablis' most respected family domaines, now crafting wines with real precision. The grapes grow on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils just outside the village, giving that unmistakable chalky, mineral edge you only find here. Fermented in stainless steel to keep everything fresh and pure, it bursts with lemon zest, green apple and a touch of white flowers, finishing with a clean, saline snap. Pour it chilled with oysters, goat's cheese or simply on its own as an aperitif. A brilliant introduction to Chablis at a price that makes sense.
