Mas Jullien

🍇 Mas Jullien: the soul of the Terrasses du Larzac

Based in the Languedoc, Mas Jullien is one of the region’s most admired estates. Led by Olivier Jullien, the winery has helped bring recognition to the Terrasses du Larzac, a remarkable terroir shaped by limestone soils, schist, garrigue and the cooling influence of the surrounding mountains.

Here, the vines grow in a rugged landscape where hot, sunny days are balanced by cooler nights. This natural contrast allows the grapes to ripen slowly, creating wines with depth, freshness and a distinctive sense of place.

Mas Jullien works with a rich selection of Mediterranean grape varieties, including Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault for the reds and rosés. The estate also uses white varieties such as Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette and Viognier, depending on the cuvée.

Every bottle reflects a thoughtful approach to winemaking, with the character of the vineyard always taking centre stage. The result is a range of elegant, expressive wines, combining generous fruit, subtle spice and a refreshing mineral edge.

🍷 Choose Mas Jullien if you’re looking for authentic Languedoc wines with personality, balance and a strong connection to their terroir.
