Magnum Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Le Clou 377

Domaine Boris Champy
Perched at 377 metres above sea level, this high-altitude plot gives a Pinot Noir full of freshness and energy. Boris Champy, a passionate advocate of organic and biodynamic farming, works these Hautes-Côtes soils with real care, leaving the vines to express their stony, limestone character. Hand-harvested grapes, gentle extraction and ageing in used barrels keep the fruit pure: think wild raspberry, cherry and a touch of woodland spice. The magnum format lets it age slowly and beautifully, so you can open it in a few years or decant it now. Perfect for sharing over roast poultry, mushroom dishes or a long Sunday lunch.
