🍷 La Furtiva X Sistema Vinari: A Sunny Natural Red from the Balearic Islands

Furtifato is a collaborative cuvée between Oscar Navas (La Furtiva, Terra Alta, Catalonia) and Sistema Vinari (Santa Margalida, Mallorca). This natural red wine is made from young vines of native Balearic grapes—Callet, Mantonegro, and Fogoneu—grown on the island’s characteristic red clay soils in Felanitx. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for nine days, then rested for six months in vats. The result is a light, bright, and hazy wine with aromas of red berries, citrus, and Mediterranean herbs. A liter of Mallorcan sunshine, made without additives or added sulfur.
