Jérémy Recchione

🍷 Jérémy Recchione: A Micro-Domaine in Burgundy Blending Precision and Freedom

Based in Gevrey-Chambertin, Jérémy Recchione is a passionate young winemaker who founded his micro-domaine in 2013 after working at Domaine Pierre Naigeon and exploring the wine scene in Australia. He began by vinifying grapes purchased from friends, and in 2019 acquired a parcel of Aligoté in Messanges (Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits), which he farms entirely with horse traction. His philosophy centers on respecting nature: organic farming, natural vinification with native yeasts, minimal or no sulfur, aging in old barrels or ceramic tanks. He produces refined, vibrant, small-batch wines that sincerely express Burgundy’s terroirs.
