Founded in 2010 by James Erskine, a former international sommelier, Jauma is a winery located in Lenswood, Adelaide Hills, South Australia. The estate grows organic grapes without chemical inputs and produces natural wines with no added sulfur, yeast, or filtration. Jauma is also a living farm, growing organic cherries and embracing biodiversity and permaculture. The wines are often fruity, vibrant, sometimes sparkling, and feature whimsical names like Tikka the Cosmic Cat, Like Raindrops, and 1000 Fires. Jauma is considered a leader in Australia’s natural wine movement.
