Founded in the late 19th century, Domaine Hubert Lignier is based in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits. For five generations, the Lignier family has cultivated prestigious plots across village, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru appellations, including Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, Charmes-Chambertin, and Gevrey-Chambertin. Since the 1990s, the estate has embraced organic viticulture (certified since 2019), with manual soil work and active biodiversity preservation. Winemaking is traditional and low-intervention, with long aging in oak barrels, resulting in deep, elegant wines that reflect their terroir.
