Guillaume Noire
🍷 Guillaume Noire: Natural Peasant Wine and Loire Valley Freedom in Rablay-sur-Layon
Since 2016, Guillaume Noire has been crafting natural wines in Rablay-sur-Layon, Anjou (Loire Valley), farming about 2.5 hectares organically. A former branding and communications professional, he left his career to embrace a hands-on, nature-respecting approach to viticulture. He works with local grapes like Grolleau, Chenin, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay, vinifying without additives, sulfur (or only minimal doses), or filtration. Each cuvée is a free-form expression, often labeled as Vin de France, reflecting an intuitive, sensitive, and joyfully experimental spirit.
