🍷 Domaine Valma: Freshness and Finesse from the Heart of Fleurie

Founded in 2021 by Valentine and Stéphane Mathieu, Domaine Valma is located in Fleurie, Beaujolais, with 5.5 hectares of vines across exceptional plots: La Madone, Les Labourons, and La Chapelle des Bois. Coming from wine marketing and trading backgrounds, the couple chose an intuitive, artisanal approach to viticulture. In organic conversion since 2022, they vinify with whole-cluster fermentation, native yeasts, and gentle aging in old barrels and tanks. Their style is generous, spontaneous, and balanced by the tension of the Fleurie terroir.
