VDF Montchauvier

# Montchauvier by Domaine Les Lucioles Tucked away in the Jura hills, this small family estate works its vines with real care — organic farming, hand-picking and as little fuss as possible in the cellar. The parcel sits on clay-limestone soils that give the wine a lovely tension and a stony freshness you can almost taste in the finish. Fermentation happens naturally with indigenous yeasts, ageing is patient, and sulphur is kept to a bare minimum, so what lands in your glass is honest and alive. Expect bright fruit, a savoury edge and plenty of character. Pour it with comté, poultry or simply good company.
