🍇 The domaine works mainly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Burgundy’s two iconic grape varieties. Pinot Noir gives refined, lively reds with delicate fruit and subtle spicy notes, while Chardonnay produces fresh, expressive whites with a beautiful balance between richness and minerality.

🌿 The vineyards benefit from Burgundy’s limestone and clay soils, which help give the wines their distinctive freshness and depth. From Auxey-Duresses to neighbouring appellations such as Meursault, Pommard, Volnay and Beaune, each bottle reveals the personality of its terroir.
