Domaine Labet
🍷 Domaine Labet: Precision, Freedom, and Terroir in Jura
Founded in 1974 in Rotalier, in the southern Revermont of Jura, Domaine Labet is now run by Julien, Charline, and Romain Labet, children of Alain and Josie Labet. This family estate is considered one of Jura’s finest, pioneering topped-up (ouillé) winemaking in a region long known for oxidative styles. The Labets farm a mosaic of small plots organically, with a strong focus on parcel-based vinification and natural methods with no additives.
