Domaine la Grapp´A
Le Domaine La Grapp’A est un jeune vignoble jurassien fondé en 2021, reconnu pour ses vins naturels et son engagement en agriculture biologique et biodynamique.
🍇 Origines et localisation
- Fondé par Aurélie Parla et Julien Maublanc, le domaine est situé à Abergement-le-Grand, à quelques kilomètres d’Arbois, dans le Jura.
- Les vignes appartiennent à la famille de Julien depuis plusieurs générations, mais étaient auparavant exploitées par une coopérative locale. Le couple a repris progressivement les parcelles pour les vinifier eux-mêmes.
🌿 Philosophie et pratiques agricoles
- Agriculture biologique et biodynamique : toutes les parcelles sont cultivées sans intrants chimiques, avec des pratiques respectueuses de l’environnement.
- Agroforesterie en cours : intégration d’arbres dans les vignes pour favoriser la biodiversité et la résilience des sols
- Vinifications naturelles :
- Utilisation de levures indigènes.
- Aucun collage ni filtration.
- Zéro soufre ajouté.
- Macérations longues (2 à 5 semaines) souvent en vendanges entières
🍷 Cépages et cuvées
- Le domaine cultive environ 5 hectares en production, avec un objectif de ne pas dépasser 10 hectares pour rester artisanal
