🍷 Domaine Christian Binner: A Pioneer of Natural Wine in Alsace

Based in Ammerschwihr since 1770, Domaine Christian Binner is one of Alsace’s oldest and most iconic natural wine producers. With 11 hectares of hillside vineyards farmed under certified biodynamics, Christian Binner crafts vibrant, expressive wines without oenological additives. The estate offers over 50 cuvées, ranging from dry whites to reds, orange wines, natural sparkling wines, and oxidative sweet wines.

Non-interventionist winemaking: native yeasts, no fining or filtration, minimal or no sulfur.

This 2015 white is a true expression of Alsace, crafted with care by Domaine Christian Binner, a family estate known for its respect of nature and traditional methods. Fresh yet complex, it reveals delicate floral notes balanced with ripe fruit and a subtle mineral touch that lingers beautifully on the palate. Its natural elegance makes it an ideal companion for fine seafood, poultry or creamy cheeses.
