🍷 Dard & Ribo: Natural Wine Pioneers in Northern Rhône

Founded in 1984 in Mercurol near Tain-l’Hermitage, Domaine Dard & Ribo was born from the friendship between René-Jean Dard and François Ribo, who met at the Beaune wine school. Together, they transformed northern Rhône winemaking by embracing a radically natural approach in the early 1990s: organic farming (not certified), zero-sulfur vinification, no additives, no filtration.
