🍷 Clos du Rouge Gorge: Artisanal Precision in the Heart of Roussillon

Founded in 2002 by Cyril Fhal in Latour-de-France, Roussillon, Clos du Rouge Gorge is a 6–7 hectare estate farmed biodynamically on schist and gneiss soils. A solitary and meticulous vigneron, Cyril tends his vines like a garden, with no chemical inputs and extremely low yields (often < 20 hl/ha). In the cellar, he vinifies naturally: native yeasts, long aging in demi-muids or foudres, no fining or filtration.
