🍷 Clos des Grillons: Living Wines and Biodynamics in the Gard Region
Based in Rochefort-du-Gard since 2007, Nicolas Renaud left his career as a history teacher to pursue his passion for wine. Inspired by natural wine icons like Éric Pfifferling (Anglore), he now farms 18 hectares biodynamically, across a mosaic of plots in Tavel, Lirac, and the Rhône Valley.
