🍾 Champagne Legrand-Latour: Geology, Biodynamics, and Craftsmanship in Fleury-la-Rivière
Located in Fleury-la-Rivière in the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne Legrand-Latour is a family estate led by Thibault Legrand since 2012. A fourth-generation grower, he converted the vineyards to certified organic and biodynamic farming (Demeter since 2019), and developed a unique geo-oenological approach: each cuvée is vinified according to the geological strata of the soil.
