Chablis Tête d'Or

Billaud-Simon
Crafted by a family domaine rooted in Chablis since 1815, this white comes from a careful selection of the estate's finest old-vine parcels, planted on the Kimmeridgian limestone and clay that give the region its signature mineral bite. The 2023 vintage brings freshness and ripe citrus, with notes of white flowers, green apple and a subtle saline finish. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep the fruit pure and the chalky character front and centre, it stays taut, precise and wonderfully drinkable. Serve it chilled with oysters, goat's cheese or grilled fish, and you'll see why Chardonnay lovers keep coming back.
