Emilien

From the Côtes de Francs plateau, this cuvée comes from a family estate farmed without chemicals since 1610 – biodynamic, hand-harvested and famously pure. Merlot leads the blend, joined by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and a touch of Carmenère, grown on clay-limestone soils rich in iron oxide. Fermentation happens with native yeasts only, no added sulphur, followed by gentle ageing in large oak barrels and a dynamisation before bottling. The result is wonderfully fresh and lively: red berries, crushed herbs, silky tannins and a mineral finish. A natural Bordeaux with real soul, lovely now and happy to age.

Retour des Iles CBO

This 2018 Bordeaux red is a true expression of elegance and adventure. Crafted by Château le Puy, a historic estate known for its organic approach and respect for nature, it reveals deep aromas of ripe berries, spices, and a hint of minerality shaped by the Atlantic breeze. On the palate, it’s silky yet lively, with a perfect balance between fruit and freshness. Every sip tells the story of craftsmanship and patience. Enjoy it slightly cooled to around 16–18°C to reveal its full complexity. A wine that turns every moment into something special.
