🍺 Brasserie des Voirons: Living Beers from the Heart of Haute-Savoie

Located in Lucinges at 700 meters above sea level facing Mont Blanc, Brasserie des Voirons has been run by Barbara and Christophe Grellier since 2013. After a decade running a local inn, they turned to brewing artisanal beers inspired by nature, natural wines, and their alpine terroir.

🌿 Philosophy

• Brewed with Voirons spring water, sourced from the same aquifer as Evian.

• Spontaneous fermentation or aging on wine lees (Savagnin, Chardonnay, Gringet…).

• Local and organic ingredients: Chartreuse herbs, fruits, coffee, gentian…

• Aged in stoneware jars, demi-muids, or oak barrels.

• Living beers: tart, sometimes bitter, always expressive.
