Clément Bony crafts living wines with just 9 to 20 mg of total SO2, from organic and biodynamic grapes.

After journeys through Italy and Australia, Bonyvresse was born in Roussillon.

In 2022, he returned to Alsace — with no family roots in wine, but full technical independence — settling in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines to express the richness of Alsatian and southern French terroirs, sometimes blending them with boldness and sincerity.
