Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Extra Brut BIO

Champagne Eric Rodez
Crafted in Ambonnay, this 100% Pinot Noir comes from a family that has worked these chalky Grand Cru slopes for eight generations. Eric Rodez farms organically and biodynamically, letting the vines express every nuance of the soil. Vinified in oak barrels with wild yeasts, aged on the lees and bottled with minimal dosage, it keeps a wonderfully pure, honest character. Expect ripe red fruit, toasted brioche and a chalky, saline finish that lingers beautifully. Rich yet razor-sharp, it's the kind of fizz that works just as well with roast poultry as it does on its own. A real grower's gem.
