Bouzy Grand Cru Les Parcelles XXII

Champagne Pierre Paillard
Crafted by a family that has tended vines in Bouzy for eight generations, this grand cru Champagne comes entirely from chalky slopes planted mainly with Pinot Noir, with a touch of Chardonnay. The grapes are hand-picked from mature parcels farmed with real care, then vinified plot by plot and aged patiently on lees in the cellar before release. Expect a lively mousse, aromas of ripe red fruit, brioche and gentle spice, and a chalky, mouth-watering finish that lingers. It's a fine match for roast poultry, creamy cheeses or simply a celebration with friends. A pure, generous expression of its village.
