Picture a Jura red that's all about pure, juicy fruit. Grown on the clay-limestone slopes around Arbois by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot — biodynamic growers who've become a reference in the region — this cuvée comes from old-vine Trousseau, hand-harvested and treated with real care. Vinification stays gentle and natural: whole bunches, native yeasts, minimal sulphur, ageing that lets the terroir speak rather than the oak. The result is bright red berries, a touch of pepper and smoke, silky tannins and that lively Jura freshness. Serve it slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast poultry or a comté-topped gratin. Honest, lively and seriously drinkable.
