A gem from the heart of the Côte de Beaune, crafted by a young grower who works his family vines with real care and a light touch. Pinot Noir grown on limestone-rich clay slopes, hand-harvested and vinified with mostly whole bunches, then aged gently in oak so the fruit stays front and centre. Expect red cherry, wild strawberry and a hint of violet, with silky tannins and that savoury, earthy edge the village is loved for. Drink it now with roast duck or mushroom risotto, or tuck it away for five years and let it blossom. Honest, elegant Burgundy you'll want to pour again.
