VDF Plou Velvet Feux Sauvage

A Jura red that lives up to its name: silky, supple and seriously easy to love. Born from a small, hands-on estate working the region's marl and limestone slopes, where the vines are farmed gently and picked by hand at just the right moment. Fermentation happens with wild yeasts, using whole bunches for freshness and very little intervention — no heavy extraction, minimal sulphur, nothing to mask the fruit. Expect bright red berries, crunchy cranberry, a whisper of pepper and a smooth, velvety finish. Serve lightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken or a comté-topped tartine. Honest, juicy, and dangerously drinkable.
