VDF Natchav

Caroline Gimenez
Crafted by Caroline Gimenez, a winemaker who works her Loire vines with real care and minimal intervention, this 2024 red is pure drinking pleasure. The grapes come from carefully tended plots where healthy soils and hand-harvesting are the rule, not the exception. Fermentation happens naturally, with wild yeasts and barely a touch of sulphur, letting the fruit speak for itself. Expect juicy red berries, a hint of pepper and that lively, mouth-watering freshness the region does so well. Light on its feet but full of character, it's the kind of bottle you open on a whim and finish without noticing. Serve slightly chilled.
