VDF Ramuncho

Caroline Gimenez
A juicy, free-spirited red from the Loire, crafted by Caroline Gimenez, a winemaker who works her vines with real care and keeps things natural in the cellar. Grown on gentle Loire soils, the grapes are picked by hand and fermented with wild yeasts, with little to no sulphur added, so the fruit speaks for itself. Expect bright red berries, a hint of pepper and a lively, mouth-watering finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Light on its feet and easy to love, it's perfect slightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled veg or a relaxed evening with friends.
