VDF L´Innatenu Espéré Vins Ojalà ! - Eléonore Noël

A little gem from the Jura, made by Eléonore Noël, a winemaker working with tiny plots and a whole lot of care. Her vines grow on the region's famous marl and limestone soils, farmed gently, picked by hand and left to do their thing in the cellar with minimal intervention and barely a whisper of sulphur. The 2023 vintage gives you a white that's bright and textured, with orchard fruit, a saline edge and that unmistakable Jura tang. Pour it with comté, roast chicken or just a good conversation. Small production, big personality — grab a bottle while you can.
