VDF Mission Terrasse Vins Ojalà ! - Eléonore Noël

Meet a Jura red with real personality, crafted by Eléonore Noël, a young winemaker working her vines by hand with plenty of care and no shortcuts. Grown on a sunny terraced plot where marl and limestone give the fruit its lift, the grapes are picked ripe and vinified gently, with whole bunches, wild yeasts and very little sulphur. The result? A juicy, gluggable red bursting with red berries, crunchy cherry and a peppery, earthy twist. Serve it slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken or a comté-loaded cheeseboard. Honest, lively and easy to love – you'll want a second bottle.
