L'Incandescent

Champagne Mouzon Leroux
Crafted in Verzy, a Grand Cru village on the Montagne de Reims, this champagne comes from a family estate working biodynamically since 2010. Pinot Noir leads the blend, grown on chalky slopes where the vines dig deep and the fruit ripens slowly. Fermentation happens in oak barrels with wild yeasts, then a long ageing on lees brings depth and texture. You'll find ripe orchard fruit, toasted brioche, a smoky mineral streak and a fine, persistent mousse. Dry, vibrant and full of character, it's the kind of bottle that works just as well with roast poultry as it does on its own.
