L'Atavique Extra Brut

Champagne Mouzon Leroux
Born in Verzy, a grand cru village on the Montagne de Reims, this is Champagne with real character. The estate works biodynamically, letting chalky, wooded slopes speak through old-vine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Expect a rich, textured sparkling wine built on a perpetual reserve, aged long on lees and finished with barely any dosage — so what you taste is pure fruit, chalk and energy. Think ripe orchard fruit, toasted brioche, dried herbs and a saline, mineral finish that keeps going. Serve it with roast poultry, aged cheese or simply on its own. If you love honest, terroir-driven fizz, you'll find plenty to enjoy here.
