Champagne Les sens boisés Largillier Extra Brut Champagne Coessens

# Champagne Les sens boisés Largillier Extra Brut 2020 — Coessens Straight from the single Largillier vineyard in the Aube, this 100% Pinot Noir cuvée shows what a grower with real conviction can do. Jérôme Coessens works his chalky Kimmeridgian slopes with care, then lets the wine rest in oak — hence the gently toasted, spicy edge you'll pick up alongside ripe orchard fruit and a whisper of brioche. The extra brut finish keeps everything fresh and precise, never heavy. Pour it with roast poultry, aged cheese or simply on its own when you want something with a bit more depth than your usual fizz. Small production, big personality.
