Champagne Brut Rosé Largillier Champagne Coessens

Grown on a single slope in Ville-sur-Arce, in the Côte des Bar, this rosé comes from Jérôme Coessens' beloved Largillier plot — a chalky, Kimmeridgian-rich site planted entirely to Pinot Noir. Everything is picked by hand, vinified parcel by parcel and bottled as a single-vintage expression, so what you taste is pure place rather than blending tricks. Expect a glowing salmon colour, aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange and a little pastry warmth, then a fine, creamy bubble with real tension on the finish. Lovely with charcuterie, grilled salmon or simply on its own, well chilled.
