Bourgogne rouge cuvée XXIV

Domaine Fanny Sabre
Straight from Pommard, Fanny Sabre crafts this Burgundy red with a light touch and plenty of heart. Pinot Noir grapes come from organically tended plots, hand-picked and vinified naturally — whole bunches, native yeasts, barely any sulphur. What you get in the glass is pure, juicy fruit: wild strawberry, cherry and a hint of crushed rose, carried by silky tannins and a fresh, mineral finish. It's the kind of bottle you open without ceremony, whether you're sharing roast chicken, charcuterie or just good company. Drink it slightly chilled and enjoy how easily it slips down. Honest, vibrant Burgundy at its friendliest.
