VDF Zali

Houas Boukella
A fresh, characterful white from the Loire, crafted by a small artisan estate working with care and a light touch in the cellar. The vines grow on sandy clay and flint soils, farmed naturally to let the fruit speak for itself. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts, with minimal sulphur added, giving a lively, textured wine full of personality. Expect citrus zest, white peach and a saline, almost chalky finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Lovely with goat's cheese, grilled fish or simply chilled on a sunny afternoon with friends.
