VDF Fleurette

Houas Boukella
A delicate orange wine from the Loire, made by a small, hands-on estate working with real care in the vines. The grapes are picked by hand from plots farmed naturally, then left to macerate gently on their skins for a few days — just long enough to pick up that lovely amber glow and a soft, grippy texture without ever turning heavy. Expect notes of white peach, dried flowers, a hint of citrus peel and a fresh, saline finish. Light on its feet and easy to love, it's brilliant with grilled vegetables, soft cheeses or simply on its own, chilled.
