Rully 1er Cru Maison

Emmanuel Giboulot
Imagine a Chardonnay born on the limestone slopes of the Côte Chalonnaise, farmed by a grower who has championed biodynamics since the 1970s. Emmanuel Giboulot works these premier cru vines with patience and conviction, picking by hand and letting the fruit speak for itself. Fermentation happens naturally in barrel, with gentle ageing on fine lees to build texture without masking the terroir. The result is a white of real tension: citrus zest, white peach and crushed stone, a saline finish and a brightness that makes you reach for a second glass. Try it with scallops, poultry in cream, or aged comté.
