Bandol Rosé

Terrebrune
Picture a rosé born on the sun-baked slopes above Ollioules, where the Delille family tends old Mourvèdre vines rooted in blue Triassic marl and limestone. That rare soil keeps the roots cool and gives this 2025 its unmistakable depth: think wild herbs, white peach, pink grapefruit and a saline, almost smoky finish you'll want to chase glass after glass. Hand-picked grapes, gentle direct pressing and a slow, cool fermentation keep everything pure and precise. Pale salmon in the glass, serious on the palate, it's the kind of bottle that turns grilled fish, aïoli or a simple terrace evening into something memorable.
