Saint-Auguste

Triennes
Born in the heart of Provence, this red comes from a domaine founded by two Burgundy legends who fell for the limestone soils and cool nights of the Var plateau. Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grow slowly here at altitude, keeping their freshness while soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Grapes are hand-picked, gently vinified and aged in oak barrels, giving you a wine with real depth: dark berries, garrigue herbs, a whisper of pepper and smooth, well-mannered tannins. With a few years in bottle, 2016 is drinking beautifully now. Pour it alongside lamb, grilled beef or a hearty daube and enjoy.
