Cuvée Cap Horn

Terrebrune
Born on the slopes of Ollioules, just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean, this Bandol-born rosé comes from a family estate famed for its blue Triassic clay-limestone soils. Mourvèdre leads the way, joined by Grenache and Cinsault, all grown with patience and respect for the land. Gentle direct pressing and a slow, cool fermentation preserve freshness and finesse, giving you a pale, luminous glass with shimmering copper glints. Expect white peach, citrus zest and a hint of garrigue herbs, carried by a saline, mineral finish that lingers. Serve it chilled with grilled fish, aioli or simply the first rays of sun.
