Bandol Rosé

Terrebrune
Grown on the sun-soaked limestone and blue marl slopes above Ollioules, this Provençal rosé comes from a family domaine farming organically since the start. Old Mourvèdre vines, backed by Grenache and Cinsault, dig deep into stony soils cooled by sea breezes, giving fruit with real character. Gently pressed and slowly fermented, then left to settle on its fine lees, it shows a pale salmon colour and a nose of white peach, citrus zest and crushed stones. The palate is dry, saline and surprisingly structured, with a long, mineral finish. A serious rosé that loves grilled fish, bouillabaisse or simply good company.
